Global Image and Awareness Campaign - This will deliver an increased awareness of the South East in both domestic and overseas markets, targeting both consumers and trade. It will increase business investment in the South East and boost the economy.
Accessible Tourism - As the birthplace of the Paralympic Games, the South East aims to raise the profile of developing and promoting access for the disabled in the South East Region. TSE has led on several initiatives such as Destination Access Audits.
Olympic Standard Customer Care - The ‘Hosting the World’ programme has been developed to encourage businesses to improve customer service, business skills and profitability in preparation for 2012. Over 5,000 participants will be trained in the lead up to 2012.
Area Action Plans - The South East has specific geographical areas that have been identified that could benefit particularly during the period of the Games. Action plans have been created for each area to attain the maximum benefit from the Games.
