A to Z of Projects

Two new documents are now available on the South East Partnership website to aid partners with their PR and Comms requirements around projects and events.

The Event/Project Template has been designed to facilitate the recording of upcoming 2012 activities. Completion of the document will provide LOCOG with the information required for Games time resilience, and enable Perfect Motion Sports Marketing to support your PR and Comms requirements.

The South East Games Time Event Calendar is the beginning of a record of all 2012 Games time activities within the South East, with data taken from the Torch Relay Questionnaire documents submitted in the spring of 2010. Completion of the 2012 activities document will ensure that this is a valuable resource for resilience planning as we approach 2012, and that events and projects receive appropriate PR assistance.

If you wish to highlight any events or projects to Perfect Motion, or add information to the resilience record of Games time events, please send a completed event/project template to  BeckyRussell@seeda.co.uk
